The Catalog Center
Something new has been added to Home Again. It's the catalog center. Sit down and relax. Browse through the special order books. The list includes Bella Taylor Handbags,Nancy's Nook-Tabletop and Window Treatments, The Holiday Collection, and the Quilt Catalog-Bedding,Throws,Youth and Baby. As you know, most bedding styles can be seen in Country Sampler Magazine. So country chic and very cozy. Warm colors to bring in the cold months.
Artist Betsy Havira
As we close the door on August,we will soon open another to the brilliant months of Fall. Kicking off the season was the art reception of a good friend, Betsy Havira. It was held at Something Special Bakery and Cafe, 23 W. Walnut Street in Kingston. Her soothing artwork will be on display thru October 2nd. This piece was a favorite of mine. A good time was had by all!

Home Again is always proud to present our local artists and artisans, showing the many talented works in this area. Our Christmas in July was proof of that. We are honored to have some pieces from the estate of Theo Faber Lumia. She was an established painter and longtime member of The Wyoming Valley Art League. We hope you will enjoy.

Country Meets Modern
We love teaming up a country quilt with a modern bed. The vibrant colors of Montana really pop the black metal scroll work and dark wooden posts. This would make an eye catching focal point for a guest bedroom. The Montana ensemble is seen in Country Sampler Magazine. Queen and King sizes are available. Come in to see what's new for the fall.

Christmas in July event
The Christmas in July event was a huge success. All day long, friends and customers visited and made early Christmas purchases. I have some photos to share with you of the artisans displays which showcases their work.Above is Betsy Havira taking five along side her wonderful watercolors.
Christine Altmann's Halloween art speaks for itself. A self taught artist she has a tremondous flair for her love of Halloween. She has a wealth of poetry and stories that accompanies her work and they were enjoyed by all.
Lynn Catnes had a great display of her unusual origami ornaments and her "new" line of button bracelets! They are truly a fashion statement!!! Soon to be desired by all!!!
Liz Revit again has made a wonderful showing of her multi media artwork and handcrafted jewelry. Her cards are wonderful and enjoyed by all who receive them. I especially love her crow on pumpkin design which is available as a note card and artist trading card.
Keep in check with my blog.....new items arriving all the time and the Fall Festival will be coming up on September 12th and 13th.
