Happy Birthday Nucleus

A year ago Dan McGrogan opened the first raw food, smoothie and juice cafe in the area at 63 Main Street, Luzerne. Within three months he had to expand his operation not to mention the menu. Today you could not get near the place! It was standing room only. This area has a long history of bad health habits and disease. But seeing his business growing so fast, it is apparent that a lot of people get it. It was wonderful talking to complete strangers and sharing their stories of a raw food and vegan lifestyle. So Dan, three cheers to you and your great staff. Many more years.
This guy was very soothing.
A free neck and back massage.
Dan making his grapefruit, blood orange and lemon juice.
Glowing green smoothies were given out free all day!
Dan and staff could barely keep up with the demand.

New Arrivals

The Federal Period. Our new-born nation selects the eagle for its emblem which spreads its wings over furniture, together with classical motifs from abroad that echoed the splendors of Greece and Rome. Woods most used were: mahogany, cherry, maple, and fruit woods in less splendid furniture. Curly maple often replaced satinwood used in European models. After 1800 rosewood was used for more costly pieces. Our very pleasing chest is from the 1840's and made of mahogany.
