Easter Is Almost Here
To me Easter always signals the best time of the year. Spring has arrived. A new beginning. Getting backyards and flower or veggie gardens in order. Days are longer and the sun is a bit warmer. Start peeling off the layers of winter clothing and start rummaging through those closets for lighter fair. Throw open the windows and doors and perhaps paint that room you have been looking at all winter. Light and airy! Yummy yellows and sea breeze greens. Creamy white cottage furniture and plenty of roses. Can't wait.

Finally
Today was the day my friend Mary Ann and I shot down to Lancaster to pick up the furniture that was in the making for the last eight weeks. Mary Ann, my "wingman" brought along her GPS to navigate . Everyone who travels should own one of these. It took us right to the doorstep. And this picture! Land spread'n out so far and wide. Take Manhattan and give me that countryside!

Just In Time
Prim Bench
When this brand new piece arrived I saw many possibilities. The first thing that came to mind was a sofa table! Even though the sofa is Queen Ann this piece goes. It's four feet in length and a little over two feet high. I would also like to see some of Liz Revit's prim artwork gracing the bench. Hint,Hint.

A Sure Sign of Spring
No it's not the robin. It's the arrival of the new Bella Taylor Handbags! I'm in love with this pattern called Country Club. Three new designs have arrived. Two are funky and fresh. One is for our country lovers called Country Chic. Don't forget our Spring Celebration on March 20. You can enter to win a Country Chic handbag which is a $40 value.

Local Artist 1944
Our local artists will appreciate this. While traveling through Munich, my brother and his wife came across these pictures at the Munich Museum of Modern Art. On display were pictures taken by Judith Jay Ross 1944 of Hazleton,Pa! Perhaps you have knowledge of her. Click on the last photo to enlarge the credit.
