This is Charlie the mooching squirrel. He lives next door. Here he waits patiently for a hot dog from the homeowner. This routine has been going on all summer. He sits perfectly still in this spot, then at the appropriate moment moves in to claim his booty. Sorry, I missed a photo of Charlie carting off his dinner.
